The Survey and Valuation Division of Christopher Rodgers Limited offers a full range of surveying services to Panels, Lenders and private clients alike including Mortgage Valuations, Homebuyer Reports, Building Surveys, Commercial Valuations and Specialist Surveys on a wide variety of properties in all sectors of the market. Our Team of over 35 surveyors who specialise in each of these fields operate primarily from a home office environment or field offices located throughout the country in order to provide our valued clients with the best possible service and first class local knowledge. At present we are consistently undertaking over 600 valuations every week and this figure is likely to rise with an ever-increasing demand for our services such that a recruitment campaign for high quality Chartered Surveyors remains ongoing.
More than 50 staff work from our prestigious state of the art Head Office located at the very heart of the motorway networks between Liverpool and Manchester enabling easy access to and from all parts of the country. All surveying staff use the very latest in digital technology coupled with broadband communications enabling instant networking with our Head Office. Such technology allows the majority of valuations to be processed on the same day as the inspection ensuring fast turnarounds and consistently exceeding our Clients expectations.
