Christopher Rodgers (Home & Energy) Ltd is an independent Company within the Christopher Rodgers Group which undertakes approximately 40,000 property valuations each year and has been established for 25 years. Home & Energy was created to undertake Domestic Energy Assessments and it has contracts to undertake over 300,000 of these assessments annually. The Company is now one of the country’s leading providers of EPCs in the business to business market and has a National coverage of qualified Assessors.
Business development is well underway to provide a National employed coverage of qualified Assessors for the non-domestic market who will be assembled through new employees and continued professional development of existing Energy Assessors.
Throughout 2007 the Company employed up to 150 direct employees and it intends to increase this to over 300 Commercial Energy Assessors during 2008. Within the commercial sector it is anticipated that a further 150 specialists will join the Group.
Home & Energy is part of a multi-million pound organisation which continues to invest in technology both for use in the field and through sophisticated work management systems with our accreditation partner, Northgate. We work for some of the country’s largest HIP providers and include international organisations within our client list. Through our extensive network of introducers and corporate strategic alliances we have one of the largest businesses of its type in the market place.
